Shipping Information

At this time Games Lore Ltd are only able to handle orders from the UK, EU and other selected countries automatically, we apologise if this causes inconvenience. If you would like to purchase from our site and your country is not currently included please email and ask for us to load the shipping table.

Note that we can't currently ship to the USA and Canada as our Insurers specifically exclude this due to the risk of litigation. Apologies if this causes problems.

The cost of shipping is calculated based on the weights of the products you purchase.

For UK deliveries we send items using Royal Mail 1st and 2nd Class or using Parcelforce 48 hour and 24 hour services for orders above 2kg (or above certain values). Although the Highlands & Islands of Scotland and Northern Ireland are separated as destinations the prices for mainland UK are applied, however the delivery service used may differ. The Parcelforce rate is fixed in 10kg sections.

For overseas shippers we use Airmail Small Packet up to 2kg and Parcelforce International for items above that weight. For most countries within the EU we have a fixed Parcelforce rate which is good up to 10kg.

For EU deliveries VAT is applied if the item(s) purchased are VAT'able, if the products are mixed then the VAT is calculated pro-rata. This is in line with the VAT Guide and Notice 700/24 Postage and Delivery Charges.

You can see delivery charges by adding the items to the shopping cart and then starting the checkout process, on the page where it shows asks for your address it reveals the shipping costs at that point so that you can see the cost without needing to enter any additional information.
